The face behind Nutritional Essence Clinic
Hello! I’m Grace — Women's Health Clinical Nutritionist and passionate foodie behind Nutritional Essence.

Three things you'll find me up to: cooking food, learning about food, and (of course)... eating food. Honestly, I consider it both a hobby and a professional skill.

Food has always been a big part of my life. I grew up on a livestock farm in Cowra, NSW, surrounded by homegrown produce and paddock-to-plate living. Without realising it, that’s where my appreciation for real, whole foods and the way they connect us all truly began.

After finishing high school, I hit a few health roadblocks — anxiety, fatigue, hormonal imbalances, and digestive issues that no amount of “just eat better” advice seemed to fix. That experience led me down the path of holistic health and integrative nutrition, where I discovered that healing isn’t just about what’s on your plate. It’s also about supporting your nervous system, addressing environmental factors, and looking at the body as a whole.

That shift changed everything for me. I learned how food, gut health, lifestyle, and emotional wellbeing work together — and once I started taking a holistic approach, my body finally began to heal.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Nutrition from the University of Wollongong and a Bachelor of Health Science (Nutrition and Dietetic Medicine) through Endeavour College of Natural Health. I’ve also completed post-graduate training with Rhiannon Hardingham (Reproductive Health Foundations) and Rachel Arthur Nutrition.

Now, I help women at all life stages feel balanced, energised, and confident in their bodies — through real food, holistic support, and practical lifestyle tools that actually work in everyday life (yes, even when coffee and chaos are involved).

My goal is simple: to empower you to nourish your body, support your hormones, and create a life that feels genuinely good — inside and out.

— Grace xx
