Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can sometimes bring unexpected changes to your schedule. To ensure the best possible service for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy for our nutrition consultations:
 

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling 24 Hours Prior:
   If you need to cancel or reschedule your nutrition consultation appointment, we kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be in need of our services. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will incur no additional charges, and your consultation fee will be fully refunded.
    

2. Cancellation within 24 Hours:
   Should you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before your scheduled consultation, a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will be charged. This fee reflects the reserved time and the opportunity cost for our nutritionist's availability.
    

3. No-Show Policy:
   In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and do not provide any notice of cancellation, the full consultation fee will be charged.
    

4. Rescheduling within 24 Hours:
   If you wish to reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee of 25% of the consultation fee will apply.
    

5. Exceptions:
   We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you have a genuine and unavoidable reason for your cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review each case individually and may consider waiving the cancellation fee.
    

6. Communication:
